Demographic and Fiscal Modeling for Environmental Planning
This event will introduce new planning tools for assessing the impacts of development and disasters on local public finances. especially the local property tax. Attendees will learn about a new, freely accessible online database of residential demographic multipliers and gain experience with a new, free, accessible, online modeling tool for estimating the local fiscal impacts of disaster scenarios.
