DESCRIPTION:State Development & Redevelopment Plan Update\nThe New Jersey State Planning Commission is currently updating the 2001 New Jersey State Development and Redevelopment Plan (SDRP). As part of this effort\, the Office of Planning Advocacy—along with the New Jersey Conference of Mayors (NJCM) and the Rutgers Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy—will present an overview of the SDRP to mayors and seek additional feedback from NJCM members. \nSpeaker:\nWalter Lane\, Acting Executive Director of the Office of Planning Advocacy \nModerator: \nMayor Janice Mironov\,  East Windsor Township \nTopics will include how the draft SDRP can support municipalities in advancing their local planning priorities. A Q&A session will follow\, giving mayors the opportunity to provide feedback on the Plan’s goals and strategies.
