What is your advice for future Bloustein graduates as they enter the workforce?
Be open to positions that seem outside of what you are interested in, especially for internships or early jobs. You may discover work that you didn’t expect to enjoy. Play up your technical skills and get as many from Bloustein as you can. Really think about what kind of person you want to work for, your boss can make or break even a dream job.
What is your favorite memory from your time at Bloustein?
My favorite memory of my time at Bloustein is Snowball 2018. It was a fantastic event that it seemed like everyone attended. It was great to see everyone with their hair down (and raise money for scholarships)!
How did Bloustein prepare you to succeed in your career?
Bloustein prepared me in so many ways. The ability to take a combination of theoretical classes and classes that taught very concrete skills was indispensable. I really enjoyed the balance and left grad school feeling confident in my job with a solid background of the industry.
