Should all Americans be required to serve?

The debate about whether the United States should bring back the military draft is already underway. Should the nation broaden it to explore a mandatory requirement for service missions as well? Linda Stamato of the Bloustein School’s Center for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution explains why America needs to recommit to universal public service.
