Are N.J.'s tax breaks working? Back it up, skeptics say

Lesniak on Thursday applauded the EDA for recently disclosing some of the desired information available on its website and for pursuing an arrangement for Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy to review the program. The new data show projects that have been completed, jobs created and the accompanying tax break. It does not provide the wages or benefits associated with those jobs.
