NJ slowed in 2014: GDP slumps again, lags US and neighbors

Economists said the New Jersey GDP figures for 2014 reflected disappointing job and wage growth, as well as the major blows to key industries and the lingering effects of superstorm Sandy.

“Not good, obviously,” said James Hughes, dean of the Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy at Rutgers University.
