Number of Uninsured in New Jersey on the Decline

Joel Cantor at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy calls it the first comprehensive snapshot of how well the Affordable Care Act is working.

“I think the numbers suggest that it is working. They’re a little lower than we projected in terms of total enrollment, but I think that’s because of a slow start because of the technical glitches.When we’re sitting here a year from now, looking at the 2015 numbers, they’ll look very good,” said Cantor.
