The summit, hosted by the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center and the New Jersey Department of Transportation at Rutgers, is intended to recognize municipalities and counties that have excelled at implementing their policies, and serve as an educational resource for municipalities and counties that are looking to adopt their own policy.
