Older NJ workers get new job network

New Jerseyans age 45 and older who are searching for work can find free career coaching, job training and mental health counseling through a Rutgers University program that was unveiled on Tuesday.

The New Start Career Network is designed to help workers who are in the second acts of their careers but have trouble competing with younger, cheaper and highly skilled workers.
