After rebounding from housing crash, home building expected to level off in NJ

The housing shifts are taking place against a backdrop of slow growth in the state, said Nancy Mantell, director of the Rutgers Economic Advisory Service.

“New Jersey is still in the process of recovering from the recession,” Mantell said.
