More than 50 people braved the rain, wind and fog Wednesday night to attend a West Orange Streetscapes and Safe Streets presentation on the “Complete Streets Concept Plan” for West Orange, which was developed by the graduate students of the Rutgers University School of Public Planning\Edward J.
