Christie 2016 budget lowers expectations for N.J. revenues

Christie’s forecasts for the fiscal year beginning July 1 may hold up, said Richard Keevey, a senior policy fellow at Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and former budget director for Govs. Tom Kean and Jim Florio.
