TAPinto Red Bank spoke with David Henry, Health Officer with the Monmouth County Regional Health Commission (MCRHC), about how state government health departments react to potential coronavirus cases. The MCRHC is the oldest and largest health commission in New Jersey. Davi has over 36 years of public health experience, and also lectures and serves as an instructor Bloustein School.
