Soo Yeon Lim is a PhD student at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public
Policy. She is currently working on a dissertation project which analyzes the
greenbelt land development in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, South Korea. Before
starting the PhD program, she was a consultant at the World Bank. Soo Yeon holds
a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics
and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with
International Studies from the University of Warwick.
