Duties
- Helpdesk and field services, including support for hardware and software problems, new software installations and instruction for using applications and hardware
- Network account management and support for connectivity issues related to wireless networks and remote access
- System configuration and deployments including new and recycled computer installations for faculty and staff offices and data migrations
- Procurement consultation including providing quotes for faculty and staff and researching equipment needs to make appropriate recommendations
- Inventory and procurement for ITS, managing inventory for supplies and ITS order processing
