Duties
- Designs, creates content, and edits all school-produced reports, brochures, newsletters, and websites
- Develops, writes, and edits content for school website, social media
- Oversees all digital assets, including photography, visual identity and logo usage, and digital signage
- Gather news and information about school activities, awards, events for promotion and publicity
- Maintains school events calendar and oversees all school social media
- Maintains relationship with Office of Media Relations as school media liaison, and writes/distributes media advisories and press releases
- Makes advertising decisions and creates ad content and design, working Rutgers Communications and Marketing to follow university brand guidelines
- Works with Bloustein recruitment officer to create recruitment campaigns and email listserves for prospective students
- Assists with Development and Alumni events and email communications to alumni listservs
- Register events for certification maintenance credits
