Duties

  • School administrator for Human Resources and Payroll support operations including posting new positions, hiring/on-boarding of new and returning employees, medical and other leaves, terminations, retirements, reappointments, and promotions.
  • Absence Reporting
  • Travel and business expense reimbursements, travel advance requests
  • Administers the needs of short and long-term visitors to the school including visa and health insurance management
  • Oversees the processing of purchase orders for the Dean’s Office and smaller centers
  • Maintain and monitor budgets for faculty/staff start-up funds, research funds, special project funds, moving/relocating funds
    cash handling for reimbursements and student computer account increases for printing
  • Independent Service Provider Agreements
  • Point person for office supplies and copier maintenance
  • Provides building access & parking authorization to new hires
