Study Abroad
The Bloustein School encourages students to expand their experiences and education through the opportunity of studying/interning in a foreign nation. Rutgers Global offers programs that range from a full semester or academic year to short-term winter and summer programs. We, along with Rutgers Global, reviewed the current programs and established a list of those that are relevant to our academic programs.
If you are interested in a program that is not on the list, you will need to contact the Office of Student and Academic Services (undergrad@ejb.rutgers.edu) to determine if it will fulfill any of the requirements for one of our academic programs or is equivalent to a course offered by the Bloustein School. We will need the program information (university, length of program, approved by Rutgers Global or outside study abroad opportunity) as well as the course descriptions with contact hours. This information will be reviewed by the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education, Christina Torian. She will make the determination if the international courses can receive Bloustein School course credit or count towards one of our major or minor programs.
To get started, you should visit Rutgers Global for advising. Their office is located at 102 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. They hold walk-in hours for general inquiries Monday-Friday. More information can be found here.
