Maximizing the potential of this 22.2 acre prime waterfront site, this plan is designed to provide mixed use and mixed income development comprised of residential, retail, and
office spaces.
With its pleasant green spaces, vast pedestrian connections, new boardwalk, and beautiful waterfront views, this design is welcoming and enjoyable to everyone.
