Keyport launches dockless bike-share program

LimeBike and other dockless bike-share programs piloted this summer in New York City throughout Coney Island, Brooklyn, and in the Rockaways in Queens.

“They have some benefits — fast deployment, flexibility for users,” said Rutgers University expert Robert Noland. “The downside is that some users leave them blocking sidewalks, etc. (and are) a bit opaquer for people to know what they are.”
