Post-Superstorm Sandy: How Can I Help?

November 1, 2012

The Rutgers New Brunswick campus is, for the most part, back up and running as of Thursday, November 1, as is the Edward J. Bloustein School’s Civic Square Building. Power and water have been restored to much of New Brunswick as well.

However, much of our beloved state has been devastated and many hundreds of thousands of residents are without power or living in shelters. Those of us who can have returned to work and our daily lives as much as possible. But the question we all have is, HOW CAN I HELP?

For those who want to help out, here are some resources. If you are making donations, please be sure to check the legitimacy of the charities. The Bloustein School and Rutgers University are providing the information to you as a courtesy and do not endorse any particular group or organization.
