Lesniak drops call for moratorium on incentives as EDA looks to establish review program

…the EDA is finalizing an agreement this week with Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy that will create both a one-time and recurring annual evaluation of the Grow New Jersey Assistance Program and the Economic Redevelopment and Growth Program, the two main incentive offerings currently administered by the EDA.
