This week, join MCRP graduate Harsheeta Gupta, AICP.
Harsheeta graduated from Bloustein with an MCRP in 2023. With a dual specialization in transportation and GIS, she previously earned a BA in Urban Planning from CEPT University in India. She is a Program Manager (Transit Energy Tech) at WSP in Baltimore, Maryland, where she is fully embedded with MDOT MTA’s Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO) on real-time passenger information and customer experience projects. Among other projects, she is leading the Manager Riding Transit program to quantifiably improve the customer experience.
