Muazzam Toshmatova, Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development. Her paper, co-authored with Marina Lovchikova, titled “Immigration Enforcement and Health Insurance Choices: Evidence from Secure Communities,” won the ward in the Health Equity program area.
