Last year, Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the East Coast. The storm caused $36.8 billion worth of damage and interrupted the lives of hundreds of thousands. NJ is still reeling from the effects. What progress has been made in the past year to rebuild and restore? NJTV’s Caucus: New Jersey with Steve Adubato held a roundtable with several experts, including Frank Felder, Associate Research Professor and Director of the Bloustein School’s Center for Energy, Economic & Environmental Policy, to discuss changes put in place in anticipation of future storms, and the use of social media in these efforts.
