According to Ms. Dispenza, The Guide to Public Transportation in Elizabeth, produced by Louis Hoffman of NJTIP at Rutgers, “is a bi-lingual English/Spanish guide, and is available at all Elizabeth libraries, City Hall Office on Aging, Housing Authority Buildings and Senior Centers”.  The Guide to Public Transportation in Elizabeth also be viewed online at www.jfscentralnj.org/lifelongelizabeth.
