Laura Peck promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure

Dr. Peck joined the Bloustein School in September 2025 as an Associate Professor and Principal Faculty Fellow for the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development. A nationally recognized expert in program evaluation, Dr. Peck specializes in designing experimental and quasi-experimental studies to measure the real-world impact of public programs.

Paul, Seymour promoted to associate professors with tenure

The Bloustein School is pleased to announce that the Rutgers Board of Governors approved Mark Paul and Eric Seymour as Associate Professors with tenure at their recent meeting. Their promotions underscores the scholarly excellence and the Bloustein School’s standing as a home for researchers of global distinction.

Irina Grafova promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure

Dr. Grafova joined the Bloustein School in 2023 after several years as an Assistant Professor at the Rutgers School of Public Health, where she retains a secondary appointment. Trained as a health economist, her research aims to bring new evidence to socio-economic inequalities in health and health disparities. She has conducted research on family financial strain, family healthcare spending inequities, the financial burden of the disease, and health inequities stemming from the neighborhood and work environment. 

Bloustein School announces faculty promotions

The Bloustein School is pleased to announce that the Rutgers Board of Governors approved Derek DeLia and Wenwen Zhang as Associate Professors with tenure, and reappointed Barbara Faga as Professor of Practice, at their recent meeting.
