Bloustein professor Kathe Newman, the Ralph W. Voorhees Center for Civic Engagement and the New Brunswick Community Food Alliance invite you to learn about food-related community economic development and community food security.  They will be traveling to Philadelphia on Monday, July 16th and to New York City on Wednesday, August 1.   Participants will meet at the Bloustein School in downtown New Brunswick in the morning and travel by coach bus.  There will be many opportunities to learn and share with others on the trip as well as with the people we will meet along the way.  All are welcome to participate, we are aiming to get a mix of people from the university, community, New Brunswick schools, government and more to share thoughts and build relationships along the way.Download the flyer for more information about the Philadelphia event. Information about the NYC event coming soon. To register for the event (please register by JULY 6) email Matt Sarsycki at matt.sarsycki@yahoo.com or visit the New Brunswick Food Alliance registration page.
