Bloustein MCRP student Andy Kaplan named ASCE Young Engineer of the Year

Bloustein School MCRP student Andy Kaplan was named the 2015 Young Engineer of the Year by the New Jersey Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The award was presented at an awards ceremony in May 2015.
