Big Tobacco, trade and the legal assault on foreign nations | Opinion

It looks like Big Tobacco has a big problem on its hands in the form of the recently concluded trade agreement between the eleven nations of the Pacific Rim and the U.S. Why? The Trans-Pacific Partnership, TPP, the full text of which has yet to be released, appears to treat tobacco as the unique, noxious weed that it is.
