Confidentiality: Abusing a Cherished Value

It’s getting ridiculous, the abuse of confidentiality.

Secret settlements are closing off access to information about harms due to vehicle design, and to chemicals and medical practices and, in some cases, allowing the perpetrators to walk away. There seems to be no end to it.
