Hasbrouck Heights company can't find skilled workers; not even a hiring bonus helps

Carl Van Horn, director of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers, said such shortages are partly the product of an improving economy and the dual trends of older workers in the field retiring, and younger workers less interested in training for trade jobs to replace them.
