Opinion: Rutgers is wrong about religion-based vaccine exemptions

Rutgers administration has been asked to remove the religion-based exemption from its vaccination requirements but has declined. T. Patrick Hill, an assistant professor at the Bloustein School, says allowing a religious exemption for a public health issue is unconstitutional.
