Shapiro on federal regulatory policy on RegBlog

On the left, the Obama Administration is criticized for catering to big business and holding up key environmental policies.  On the right, they are criticized for issuing a torrent of regulations and stifling economic growth.  Both can’t be true.  In a blog post today Bloustein Associate Professor Stuart Shapiro talks about how federal regulatory policy is the product of politics first and substance second.
