Warehouses are popping up all over the landscape. Linda Stamato and Sandy Jaffe, senior policy fellows at the Bloustein School at Rutgers University, said a bill under consideration by the Legislature recognizes the need to weigh certain factors when considering warehouses other than the desire to generate tax revenue and create jobs.
