Applications for Voorhees Undergraduate Public Service Fellowships being accepted through March 27

The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy has established the Ralph W. Voorhees Fellowship Program in Public Service to honor Mr. Voorhees’ long commitment to community service. Each year, the school will select undergraduate students from any major at Rutgers-New Brunswick, who are dedicated to civic engagement. Fellows receive $5,000 so that they may participate in a credit-bearing partnership with community organizations in areas such as community development and planning, community-based education, housing and public transportation, public health and public policy. Fellows will make a presentation on their experience at the end of the semester in a public forum, and will serve as mentors for future Fellows. Applications should be emailed to voorheesfellowship@ejb.rutgers.edu OR postmarked and mailed to Nicole Martinez no later than Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Please follow instructions outlined on the applications!
